While I agree that there are usually a certain set of intelligences ( In the HR world we usually refer to them as Talents - everyone has one or more dominant talents that enable them to be good at one or more professions), I think a general intelligence test is not completely useless. An IQ test is scientifically designed to check the basic levels of all the above intelligences and gives a reference point for people.</description>
